Queen Bey and husband Jay-Z, are really having a hard time finding the house of their dreams in LA, so they've decided to go back to familiar grounds.
The Carters, itching to get out of Beverly Hills hotel they have been squatting in while house hunting, have deiced on a long-term rental.
According to TMZ
"Bey and Jay paid $200K/month for the pad last year -- but we're told they dealt directly with the owner this time and knocked off $50K/mo. ... based on signing a longer lease."
Located in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles the home is 16,000 sq. ft., 7 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms and an infinity pool WITH waterfall a "deal" at $150K a month.
