Make time for some R & R... Regroup and Relax

Haiti can be a very stressful and complicated place, so it is very important to make time for some R&R; Regroup and Relax.  This weekend instead of heading to Jacmel for carnival and all it's merriment, me and a few friends headed to Wahoo Bay Beach.  Best weekend ever! 

We still ran into some carnival activity on the route

Feasted on oysters, conch, and crab straight out the ocean

 Sunsets to take your breath away

If you haven't yet, you should definitely visit Haiti.  It's more than what you think you know.
