Teyonah's hair style was created by hair wizard, Felicia Leatherwood, who is also the creator of the Loving Your Hair With Natural Care Workshop.
Leatherwood says:
Not only was she stunning in a pink Monique Lhuillier dress,
But I was so happy to see her rock her own natural hair!

Leatherwood's work on Teyonah looked like a work of art. Beautiful sculptured and strikingly elegant.
It's not so often we see a woman of color wow on the carpet, especially not wearing their natural hair. I look forward to seeing Teyonah "keeping it real" and showing how beautiful we are...naturally!
