"The mind is a terrible thing to waste" Common memories

Decided to download the Common album Be because I wanted the song Testify. Three songs in and I am transfixed to where I was at the time the album came out. I remembered the smells, it evoked an instant rush of feelings, and I remembered the "him" at the time. Amazing what a song can do. *sigh... Memories
