For me one of the stand out designers of Day 2 was Haitian designer, Pisca Milliance. Prisca's collection was vintage inspired, but with a Caribbean feel. Rich materials, beautiful colors, and lovely feminine details. Definitely wearable in Haiti, with lots of easy, lightweight fabrics. It brought me to a time where women dressed to be pretty and carried handkerchiefs (which I believe a real lady should still). I wanted every piece in the collection. Which is why the next day I was so excited to receive a gift from the designer herself. Can't wait to wear it! So excited that she is based here in Haiti. I will be visiting you soon Prisca!
